In 2023, Senluo Fu will undertake the DCS automation project for Binjiang Plant 1 of Shanghai Huilun Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2004, Shanghai Huilun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Huilun Pharma) is a high-tech enterprise dedicating to R&D and technical services in the area of innovative small molecule medicine and generic drugs.

Following clinical value guideline, Huilun Pharma has engaged in R&D in various fields spanning respiratory, cardiovascular, oncology, andrology, gynecology, viral, digestive and nervous system diseases, and has a rich pipeline.

Project Implementation
The scope of this project includes: 1. Selection and procurement of instrumentation and valves for automation; 2. On-site installation of instrumentation and valves; 3. Design and commissioning of the control system; 4. Provision of a complete set of GMP validation documents compliant with FDA standards. The main functionalities include temperature control for the reaction vessel, drip control, material transfer in the tank area, and temperature control for the drying equipment.
